Travel Information

The 3rd Global Workshop on Digital Soil Mapping (DSM 2008 USA) is 30 September to 3 October 2008 at Utah State University, Logan, Utah, USA.

The Salt Lake City Airport is the nearest major airport with connections to all international hubs in the USA and direct international flights to Canada, Mexico, and, beginning June 2008, France. Transport from Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) to Logan is by rental car (most major rental car companies are available at SLC) or by shuttle van service with advance reservation (see http://www.loganshuttle.com for door-to-door transport; or http://www.saltlakeexpress.com/ for regularly scheduled service from SLC Airport to Logan CVTD at 150 E 500 N or to University Inn).

For those interested, the joint meeting of the Soil Science Society of America and the Geological Society of America immediately follows in Houston, Texas, October 5-9, 2008. There are direct flights from Salt Lake City to Houston.
